According to the researchers, consuming a handful of unsalted nuts—equivalent to 30 grams—each day brings various health benefits. These findings confirm the results of the 2021 Singapore Chinese Health Study, which also suggested that eating nuts protects against cognitive decline, an early warning sign of dementia.
