Jill Biden: Some believe that, due to the mainstream media’s stance against Donald Trump and his family, Melania Trump, unlike many first ladies of the United States, has not appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine.
The cover of the August issue of Vogue magazine, which was published on Monday after the first election debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, with an image of Jill Biden, the first lady of the United States, provoked a wave of criticism of the magazine.
Responding to the Vogue issue, Fox News anchor Jimmy Failla wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Melania Trump is a true fashion star who speaks five languages, but has never been on the cover of Vogue. Then Jill Biden, who is known globally for neglecting and abusing an elderly person, has been on the cover of Vogue twice so far.”
This Fox News host is referring to the reports that have been published about Jill Biden pressuring her husband Joe to remain in the election cycle. After the 83-year-old Biden’s poor performance in Thursday night’s debate with Trump, whispers have grown that he should withdraw from the election race. But despite all the criticism leveled against Joe and Jill Biden, Vogue decided to feature the first lady on its cover just four days after the debate.

Some believe that the mainstream media’s positions against Donald Trump prevented Melania Trump from landing on the cover of Vogue.
Newsmax anchor Greta Van Susteren also wrote about the Vogue cover: “Firstly, Jill Biden looks beautiful, secondly, Vogue never gave Melania a chance to be on the cover.”
Former NBC executive Mike Sington also wrote: “The presence of Jill Biden, the first lady of the United States, on the cover of Vogue is a good time to remember that Melania Trump never appeared on the cover of the magazine until she was the first lady of the United States.”
In the Vogue cover photo, Jill Biden is wearing a $2,800 Ralph Lauren white coat and shirt and $4,500 worth of earrings.
According to Sky News, in an interview with this fashion magazine for its August edition, Jill Biden stated that her family will not allow the 90-minute debate to define the four years of Joe Biden’s presidency, adding that her husband will always act in the best interest of the country.
