Kanye West Under Fire For Super Bowl Ad Promoting Website Selling Swastika T-Shirt

Super Bowl Ad: The rapper recently shared more antisemitic posts on X before deactivating his account.

Kanye West has sparked outrage over a television advertisement that directed viewers to a website selling a T-shirt featuring a swastika.

Super Bowl Ad, In the ad, West is seen lying down, stating: “I spent all the money for the commercial on these new teeth, so once again I had to shoot it on the iPhone… go to Yeezy.com.”

Currently, the website only showcases a single item: a T-shirt with a swastika printed on the front, along with the code “HH-01,” which is widely believed to reference “Heil Hitler.”

Super Bowl Ad, This incident follows West’s decision to deactivate his X account after posting a series of antisemitic messages last week.

In his final post before logging out, West wrote:

“I’m logging out of Twitter. I appreciate [X owner] Elon [Musk] for allowing me to vent.

“It has been very cathartic to use the world as a sounding board. It was like an Ayahuasca trip.”

Super Bowl Ad, On Friday, West made several inflammatory posts, including statements such as “I love Hitler” and “I’m a Nazi.” His remarks led to calls from the Campaign Against Antisemitism urging Elon Musk to ban him from X.

The organization strongly condemned West’s actions, emphasizing the significance of the swastika as a symbol of Nazi ideology and white supremacy.

Super Bowl Ad, “The swastika was adopted by Hitler as the primary emblem of the Nazis,” the group posted. “It galvanized his followers in the 20th century and continues to threaten and instill fear in those targeted by antisemitism and white supremacy.”

West’s Troubled History On Social Media

In October 2022, his account was restricted following antisemitic remarks, but he was reinstated the following month. The backlash led Adidas to sever its multi-million-dollar partnership with him.

Two months later, he was suspended again after sharing an image featuring a swastika inside a Star of David.

Super Bowl Ad, Elon Musk, who rebranded Twitter as X in 2023, stated at the time that the suspension was due to “incitement to violence.” However, West’s account was reinstated the following summer.
