Holly Willoughby’s Company In Legal Dispute Over Unpaid Taxes

Holly Willoughby: Holly Willoughby’s media company is facing a legal battle over an unresolved tax debt.

Roxy Media, the media production and management firm previously operated by the TV presenter and her husband, Dan Baldwin, has been served with a winding-up order, according to recent filings.

This order grants HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) the authority to potentially dissolve the business due to unpaid tax liabilities.

A court hearing on the matter was initially set for Wednesday in London but has since been postponed. A rescheduled hearing is now expected on April 16.

A spokesperson for HMRC stated: “We aim to support taxpayers in managing their debts and only issue winding-up petitions after all other options have been exhausted, ensuring the protection of public funds.”

The exact amount owed remains undisclosed, but Roxy Media’s latest financial records indicate a corporation tax liability of £329,715 for the financial year ending August 2023.

Holly Willoughby, Willoughby and Baldwin established Roxy Media in 2020, specializing in media client management. The Dancing on Ice presenter is among the firm’s clients after parting ways with her former talent agency, YMU.
