Concert Postponed: Shakira’s highly anticipated concert in Medellín, Colombia, originally set for Monday, February 24, has been postponed due to safety concerns, event organizers confirmed.

“During the assembly process, the roof of the stage installed by the local production team suffered damage, creating a safety hazard,” the company stated. “The well-being of the artist, her team, and the audience remains the top priority, and we are working diligently to find a new date for the concert.”

“My dear people of Medellín! It hurts me so much not to be able to perform for you as planned,” Shakira wrote on X. “My children were excited to visit Medellín, and I was looking forward to reconnecting with all of you and sharing the surprises I had prepared.”

Páramo Presenta reassured fans that efforts are underway to reschedule the Medellín concert, along with additional performances in Colombia later this year.
